To honor the current contracts OFMC permanently employs, in addition to the OFMC management structure, expatriates of various nationalities, according to the demands and needs of our international clients in the petroleum industry and oil-related. OFMC employs over 950 workers covered by regime 4×4 (28 days of work on site for 28 days of paid leave), knowing that the best investment is the human factor, OFMC, conducts ongoing internal training for all its employees, proceed also to internal promotions.

QHSE - Employee Welfare

At OFMC, QHSE is one of our major focuses and we firmly believe that we are leading the way in quality QHSE practice within our operations. after taking our strict medical test and free from risk, all employees take part in an initial qhse induction at our operational base and then continuously trained through regular onsite courses by our site managers and QHSE/ supervisory team.these training courses include: fire safety, food hygiene, HACCP, PPE, COSHH, and manual handling – full details can be found by request in our OFMC & QHSE manual. we believe in giving our employees the correct tools to complete their job.
